Ingredients:

60 ml of Black Wolf Lupus Signatus Rye: The heart of your cocktail, with the rich notes and distinctive complexity of our Portuguese rye whisky.

30 ml of fresh lemon juice: Essential to balance the sweetness and add a vibrant citrus touch.

20 ml of Simple Syrup: (Equal parts sugar and water, heated until dissolved and then cooled) For perfect sweetness.

1 Egg White (optional): For a velvety texture and an irresistible foam.

Ice: To cool and dilute the cocktail just right.

Garnish: A slice of dehydrated orange and/or a maraschino cherry.

Dry Shake Mix (if using egg white): If you choose to use egg white, add the Black Wolf Lupus Signatus Rye, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds without ice. This step is crucial to emulsify the egg white and create the foam.

Add Ice and Shake Again: Open the shaker, add plenty of ice and shake again for another 15-20 seconds, until the shaker is very cold to the touch.

A little water (optional): Just a teaspoon or two, if using a sugar cube, to help dissolve it.
