1. Internal Sharing (Black Wolf Team) Our team members have access to the information you provide to fulfill your orders, process returns, and provide customer support. For example, administrators and store managers can access:

  • Order information: What you bought, when you bought it, and where it should be shipped.

  • Customer information: Name, email, and billing and shipping addresses.

2. External Sharing (Payment Processing) We accept payments via Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data is sent to Stripe—this is the necessary information required to process and manage the payment, such as the order total and billing information.

3. Other Third Parties Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It will only be used by Instantes Boémios Unipessoal Lda for the disclosure of products that may be of interest to you.

How Long Your Data Is Retained

  • Order Data: We store order information (including your name, email address, billing and shipping address) for 3 years for tax and accounting purposes.

  • Account Data (Registered Users): For users who register on our site, we store the personal information provided in their profile. These users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of not being able to change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit that information.
