RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

The conditions below apply exclusively to purchases made at www.theblackwolfdistillery.com, managed by Instantes Boémios Unipessoal Lda.

1. PRODUCT PURCHASES (ONLINE STORE)

Right of Withdrawal You may return your order within 14 days of receipt (under Decree-Law No. 24/2014). Notice must be sent to geral@theblackwolfdistillery.com. The product must be returned with the seal intact.

Damages, Breakages, and Shipping Errors 

 

roducts will be replaced or refunded in the following cases:

  • Packaging Error: If we ship the wrong item.

  • Shipping Damage: Only if the customer followed the verification protocol (noting the damage on the carrier's delivery note at the time of delivery). Without this note, we cannot hold the carrier liable or provide a free replacement.

  • Gift Items: If they arrive damaged, the replacement is free, but shipping costs are borne by the customer.

 

Refund Process Refunds are processed via bank transfer (IBAN and account holder name required). The average processing time is 5 to 7 business days after the returned goods have been received and validated.

Return Costs

  • Company Error: We cover all collection costs.

  • Right of Withdrawal (Customer Choice): The customer bears the cost of return shipping via a carrier of their choice.

Order Cancellations (Store)

  • Up to 1 hour after payment: Full refund.

  • After 1 hour: A €6 logistics processing fee will be deducted.

  • After Receipt: The customer pays both the initial shipping fee (€6) and the return shipping costs.

2. EXPERIENCES AND BOOKINGS 

At Black Wolf, we work in small batches, and the preparation for each event requires resources to be allocated in advance.

Experience Cancellation and Refunds The notice period is calculated from the scheduled start time. Requests must be sent to geral@theblackwolfdistillery.com.

  • Notice > 7 Days (168h): Refund of the amount paid, minus a €2.50 processing fee.

  • Notice between 7 Days and 48h: 50% refund or free rescheduling.

  • Notice < 48h or No-Show: No refund will be issued. The amount is retained to cover operational costs (staff and materials).

Booking Deposit (Groups) For the Spirits & Celebration service, the booking is only valid after the 30% deposit has been paid. This deposit guarantees the exclusive date and is non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice.

  1. Order Number.

  2. Photos: Outer packaging, inner protection, carrier label, and the damaged product.

Note: We do not accept returns or provide replacements for bottles that have been opened or tampered with by the customer.
